Hi and welcome to Mel's Daily Dose. Today is Sunday, what a great day to get yourself organized for the week. The most important key to your success is having a plan. Do you have detailed plan of how you are going to reach your goal, whether it's for weight loss or just even getting started. Get your pen to paper and write it down, then post it on the fridge or somewhere you will see it ALOT to help keep you focused. Schedule in your work out times, get your meals and snacks prepared for the week and share with others your goals so they can help support you. Remember your work outs don't have to be an hour long, if you increase the intensity you can get a good butt kicking in 30mins. watch the video below, I will give you a sample for a 12min. hardcore session, as well include a beginner version, where you just get the reps in and forget the timer.
